马来西亚监管机构SC针对Hot Forex及其它实体发出警告
马来西亚证券委员会(SC)近日又将三家公司列入警告名单，分别为：Hot Forex、OANDA Malaysia Corporation、Torque Market Limited （或称Torque Trader），特别值得注意的是，OANDA Malaysia Corporation克隆仿冒了是OANDA网站，这家名为OANDA Malaysia Corporation的冒牌实体与总部设在美国的OANDA没有关系。
Torque Market Limited （或称Torque Trader）是一家不太知名的交易服务提供者，该实体还被指责使用SC的标志进行虚假陈述。
在该 金融 监管机构更新警告名单一周后，又增加了13家公司，包括Alpari的国际和本地品牌。
警告中详细说明，Hot Forex和其他被列入名单的公司 “正在进行未经许可的证券交易资本市场活动”，而前者还 “在没有得到SC授权的情况下经营一种公认产品”。
